Gifts of Love

To comfort, to console, to cheer…

This is the meaning of Solari, and the motivation behind everything we do.  Handmade gifts bring cheer and comfort, in a way few other things can.  From early childhood, we are taught that everyone appreciates handmade gifts, much more than store-bought gifts.  And, handmade gifts are special because they warm the heart of the one giving as well as the one receiving.  There is just something magical that happens when you transform raw materials into a physical symbol of love for another being.  It becomes a gift of love.

Our mission is simple – to share God’s gift of unconditional love with all people, through compassionate crafting and humble service.  Simple in concept, yet elaborate in application, because there are an infinite number of ways to share God’s love with others, and serve the community around us.  We each have a unique gift.  “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10, NIV)

With that in mind, we will continually seek new ways to spread comfort, solace, and cheer through our handmade gifts and community outreach.  Each and every one of us can have a positive impact on the life of another.  What is your gift?  What can you do to uplift a soul in need?  All walks of life are united by a single need – to feel love.  Infants, elders, princesses, paupers, patriots and pets… There is no greater gift we can give than love.

You are invited to join us in our humble quest to serve others through handmade gifts of love.  If you see a need, seize the opportunity!  All it takes is one moment and one gift, to make a meaningful difference in one life.  When we are willing to turn good intentions into good actions, anything is possible.  May you be inspired to find your own unique gift, and empowered to share it wherever there is a need.  Blessings to you always in all ways.
